Iqra App – Terms of Use (End User License Agreement)

Welcome to Iqra App! By using our app and subscribing to our services, you agree to the following Terms of Use (EULA). Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Iqra App, you agree to be bound by this EULA and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must uninstall and stop using the app immediately.

2. Subscription Services

Iqra App offers subscription-based services that provide access to premium features, including but not limited to:

• Unlimited AI-powered question-and-answer sessions.
• Removal of ads for an uninterrupted experience.

2.1 Subscription Payment

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at the confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Renewal charges will be applied within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings on the App Store.

2.2 Free Trial

• If a free trial is offered, it is limited to one trial per user.
• Any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.

3. Usage Restrictions

You agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, modify, or create derivative works of the app.
• Share your subscription or account details with others.
• Use the app for any unlawful or harmful purpose.

4. Intellectual Property

All content within the app, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the intellectual property of Kronos Yardimci Teknoloji Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Sirketi and protected under copyright laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

5. Privacy Policy

Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the app, you consent to our data practices.

6. Limitation of Liability

Iqra App is provided on an "as-is" basis. Kronos Yardimci Teknoloji Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Sirketi is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the app, including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, or inaccuracies in content.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your access to the app if you violate this EULA or for other legitimate reasons.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update this EULA from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
